Research
I work on a project regarding the self-regulation of eating behavior in children and adolescents. In a nutshell, I am investigating how children and adolescents regulate their own eating behavior, which regulatory strategies are accessible to them, and whether self-regulatory competence can be trained / improved. Moreover, I am interested in how social norms influence self-regulatory competence of eating behavior (particularly in adolescence). I obtained my BA degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences at University College Utrecht and my MSc degree in Health Psychology Research at Utrecht University.
Teaching
